We offer a refund on full price items returned to us unused and in perfect condition within 14 days, after you have received your product(s). Shipping charges are non-refundable.
Returning product(s) can be returned but the costs are for you. When returning the product(s), it’s your responsibility until it arrives back to us. Keep the receipts and proof of postage. Product(s) may be returned for a refund or similarly-priced product.
Sale products can not be returned because these contain damaged or incorrect design choices. Please read the product description carefully.
Damaged or wrong product received:
Did you receive a damaged or wrong product, please notify us within 14 days of receiving your product. E-mail us at firstname.lastname@example.org, and attach 3 – 10 clear pictures.
How long will delivery take?
Processing your product(s) may take 1-7 business days, as everything is hand-packed carefully. Everything will be sent with PostNL. You can choose for a pickup only by appointment for example when we go to an event!
Please keep in mind that you put in the correct shipping address, if the product(s) can’t be delivered and it’s returned due to an incorrect address. Unfortunately you will have to pay for the shipping costs again to resend the package.
